Project description
Shandong Taipingshan Wind Farm Project (hereinafter referred to as the proposed project) is to utilize wind resources for electricity generation through the construction of a wind farm with a total capacity of 49.3MW and an 110kV substation in Weifang City, Shandong Province, P. R. China. The electricity generated from the project will be sold to North China Power Grid (NCPG). The proposed project will achieve obvious greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions through the displacement of electricity delivered by North China Power Grid which is a fossil-fuel dominated grid. The proposed project is invested and developed by Anqiu Taipingshan Wind Power Co., Ltd.The proposed project is located in Weifang City, Shandong Province, P. R. China. The proposed project involves the installation of 58 wind turbines with capacity of 850 kW each, which amount to a total installed capacity of 49.3MW.
